Overview
In 2022, Asentia oversaw the renovation of the Uniqlo store located in Macarthur
Square Shopping Centre. The project involved a full demolition and renovation of the
existing H&M store, as well as escalator infill works. Our team was responsible for
overseeing the design and delivery of this renovation.
Challenges
The biggest challenge our team faced during the project was managing the construction
timeline. We had to ensure that all the work was completed within a tight timeframe,
while also ensuring that the work was completed to the highest quality standards. This
required careful planning and coordination between all stakeholders involved in the
project.
Challenges
To address the timeline challenge, we implemented our project management system
that allowed us to track progress and identify potential delays in real-time. This allowed
us to quickly adjust our plan and ensure that the project stayed on track.
In addition, we worked closely with the contractors and centre managers to ensure that
everyone was on the same page regarding the project requirements and timeline. This
helped to minimize delays and ensure that the work was completed on schedule
