Overview
Asentia worked in partnership with lead architects QOH to Project Manage stage two of this multi stage master planned education project.
The role encompassed managing the overall direction of the project in partnership with the project owners and included all aspects of contract management, procurement, design management, superintendency, risk management, stakeholder management and program management for the project.
The Master Plan has been developed in close consultation with key stakeholders and the surrounding community. It establishes a clear strategy to futureproof the School and address necessary services and infrastructure needs.
