This residential aged care project was the result of a collaboration with Project Manager SPC and Mercy Care resulting in the construction of a state-of-the-art, 90-bedroom facility in Rockhampton.

After a rigorous design and tender process the project was delivered under a Design and Construct (D&C) contract.

Our role in this project was to manage the design, tender and delivery of the project, working alongside the client to ensure their vision of the project was realised, risks were managed and that a suitable contractor was selected the deliver the works.

The Bethany Rockhampton residential aged care facility will be a valuable addition to the local community, contributing to the well-being and comfort of its residents.
